        Skillscale wishes you a safe and blessed Thanksgiving! We are thankful for the warmth support we received this year from our clients and partners! We could not have done it without you!

• Check our latest presentation on the topic of Design Thinking and Systems Thinking located in the CienciaPR YouTube Channel.
• This month we provided Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for Teams training through the UMBC Center of Leadership and Agile. Students were certified as SAFe Practitioners. 
• We offered consulting and coaching services to the community bringing our expertise to tackle the challenges faced by federal government organizations. 
• This month, we continued with the providing STEM mentoring as part of the CienciaPR Semillas de Triunfo program and help develop the next generation of female technical leaders in PR. And we continue offering Women in Agile professional mentoring, and college student career planning and STEM mentoring.
• Our CEO and founder attained a new Scaled Agile Framework skill in Lean Portfolio Management. We look forward to offer SAFe Lean Portfolio Management training and certifications in the future.
